How to get help with the findbytown API and MCP server.

Write to us through the contact page. To help us answer quickly, include:

• the requestId of a failing call, or the X-Request-Id header;
• the endpoint or tool, and the error code;
• the first characters of your key, as shown on your keys page. Never send a whole key: if you did, revoke it.

Check first

• Errors explains every code.
• Rate limits shows the limits in force.
• Your API keys page has a button that tests a key.

Companies and personal data

A company that wants to be removed can use the removal page.
