Changes to the findbytown API and MCP server.

First documented version, with the MCP server.

New: POST and GET /businesses/{id}/reveal, GET /businesses/count, /quota, /categories, /countries, /zones, and the OpenAPI document.
New: rate-limit headers and one error format with stable codes.
New: MCP server at https://findbytown.com/api/mcp.

If you used the API before this version, three things changed:

The reveal=true parameter is gone from reads, because a read should not spend quota. Use the reveal endpoint.
List rows now use the same camelCase names as cards (hasPhone, not has_phone), and id is always an integer.
perPage is capped at the limit in Rate limits, and unknown parameters are refused with a 400.
